When you submit the free digital audit form we store the name, business name, email address, phone number, state, industry, website or social link, selected service needs, budget range, ideal start date, primary goal and language preference that you provide. We also record the page address the request came from and your browser's user-agent string so we can reproduce technical issues.
Why we collect it
This information is used for one purpose: to review your digital presence and respond to you about the audit you requested. We contact you only because you checked the consent box on the form.
How it is stored
Submissions are stored in a managed, access-controlled database. The public website can only add a new request — it cannot read, edit or delete any stored request. Access to submitted information is limited to RR Marketing & Media.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not share it with advertisers. Information is shared only with the infrastructure providers required to host this site and its database, and only to the extent required to operate the service.
Interactive demos
Drive Motors, Casa Fuego, Aurelia Med Spa, Groundwork Outdoor and North & Hale are fictional demonstration businesses. Anything you type inside those experiences stays in your browser for that session only. Nothing is charged, booked or sent to a real business.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the information you submitted at any time, and you can opt out of further contact in any reply. Email rrmarketingwork@gmail.com and we will action the request.
